Order Cancellation

  • Order cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Incorrect product delivered

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographic evidence.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or specially energized Vastu products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Any used or altered items

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
